Sign in FAQ
If you do not have an email address you can easily set one up on various web pages such as gmail.com, outlook.com, etc. Once you go to the web page you can select "Create" to setup your email account.
Sign into your account using the email address and password you created. You will be directed to a page to where you must click on the "Resend Confirmation Link" button.
If you still haven't received the confirmation email, please ensure that the email address is typed correctly. In some instances, the email may be unintentionally delivered to a different folder in your mailbox. Please check all other folders, such as "Other", "All Mail", "Junk Email", and "Spam". Note, these folders depend on your email provider and client; you may not have all of these folders in your mailbox.
Sign into your account using the email address and password you created. You will be directed to a page to where you must click on the "Resend Confirmation Link" button.
Your account will be locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts.
Your account will be locked for 30 to 60 minutes.
Sign in with your previous email address and password, on the main page of your account click on the "Update My Account" button, enter your email address in both fields and click "Save" and then "Ok".
Sign in with the email address and password you originally used. You will be directed to a Confirm Email page. Click on "Update Account Information" then enter your correct email address, click on "Save" and then "Ok".
On the main Wildlife Information Management System login page click on the Forgot your password? Trouble signing in? link. You will be directed to a page to enter your email address and the instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to you.
If you encounter any issues, our staff are able to assist you with a new temporary password. Please contact the Wildlife Division at 709-637-2025 / 709-729-2630, or email: wildlifelicense@gov.nl.ca. Include your NL Driver's Licence/NL Photo Id number, name and telephone number.
