If you do not have an email address you can easily set one up on various web pages such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc. Once you go to the web page you can select "Create" to setup your email account.

Login with your previous email address and password, on the main page of your account click on the "Update My Account" button and enter your email address in both fields and click "Save" and then "Ok"

No, only one account can be accessed per email. Each individual is responsible for their own Wildlife Account.
